OUR STORY
WHO WE ARE
Praxxis Manufacturing was founded by Kevin Miller and Gary Burkitt in Ventura County California in 2017. Kevin and Gary have been friends and business partners for over 20 years. We have been entrepreneurs since 2003 with extensive backgrounds in: manufacturing, engineering, product development, sales and marketing. Our unique skillset and resources allow us to offer OEM manufacturing capabilities to other companies both large and small. From mold creation to finished goods we are completely integrated.
WHAT WE DO
We design and manufacture products under our H2Owize® brand with water conservation products being our priority. Everything we design and bring to market is with the landscape professional and homeowner in mind. Kevin isn’t afraid to get dirty either and considers himself an amateur gardener with 50 roses and several different species of trees throughout his yard which makes a great proving ground for new products.
HOW IT ALL BEGAN
Traditional methods of watering have a negative impact on conservation and the hydration of plants. H2Owize® was started because we saw a need for new and innovative water conservation products for landscapes.
The patented WaterWell™ and Retro-Regulator™ products were created specifically to address water conservation and plant health in traditional irrigation systems. During the pandemic we worked tirelessly to develop these innovative products and bring them to market.
OUR APPROACH
We take a hands-on approach to product development and partner with our clients to develop and bring to market products designed to conserve water and save money.
Creativity is in our DNA and we take calculated risks when designing new products or helping a client with a current project.
All products are extensively tested at Kevin’s property and select commercial locations before making it into production.
SAVE WATER. SAVE MONEY
We believe in being good stewards with our natural resources. We enjoy spending time in the great outdoors biking, hiking, skiing and fishing.
This is reflected in several initiatives such as: sourcing and using recycled materials whenever possible, reducing or eliminating wasteful packaging, and donating a portion of our profits to planting trees in our national forests.
Our partnership with the National Forrest Foundation (NFF) helps restore our forests throughout the country.
