Domestic Shipping Policy

How long does an order take to ship? 

As soon as you make a h2owize purchase, we immediately process your order to get your gear delivered on time. Orders can take up to 2-3 business days to be packed and shipped. Once shipped, UPS ground shipments can take as little as 2-3 business days to destinations within the western U.S. and up to 5-7 business days to locations on the East Coast.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Ground shipping is pre-paid on all orders $149 or greater to a single location.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment method: UPS Ground or USPS

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or events outside our control.

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories only.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
