Your satisfaction with our products is very important to h2owize. We stand by our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied you can return products for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to request a return as long as they are still in sellable condition and haven’t been installed. 

To be eligible for a return we ask that your products be unused and in the original condition that you received them with the original packaging.

H2owize is not able to issue refunds on products purchased from wholesale distributors, other online stores/resellers or any other authorized dealers. Please contact them directly for information on their specific return policy.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@praxxismfg.com to receive a pre-paid return label. Please provide your order # and date of purchase. Otherwise, you can click "Initiate a return" near the order in your account. We will respond to your request within 2 (two) business days. Once your return has been authorized please allow up to 10 days to process your refund. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 3641 Old Conejo Road Newbury Park, CA 91320 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or receiving an RGA # will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). If the product has been installed and is not in new or sellable condition this will invalidate a return.

Exchanges
The fastest and easiest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranties

H2Owize offers a 1-year warranty against breakage on all products when used and installed as intended. Should your product break within the 1-year period please contact is immediately at info@praxxismfg.com We will ship you a replacement product free of charge.
